Emerge New Jersey Announces 2017 Class Graduation

Emerge New Jersey, the premier political training organization for Democratic women in the state, will graduate its fourth class of Democratic women on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 11:30AM. The graduation will take place in Montclair, New Jersey at the residence of BlueWave NJ President, Marcia Marley. Tickets can be purchased here.

This year's commencement speaker is Assemblywoman Gabriela Mosquera, who represents New Jersey's 4th Legislative District. Assemblywoman Mosquera is a tireless fighter for South Jersey’s families. She has authored legislation to help victims of domestic violence, organized small business owner roundtables to help create jobs in our community, and has fought for a fiscally responsible state budget that would eliminate special tax breaks for millionaires, provide property tax relief for middle-class families and restore funding for critical women’s healthcare services.

The following women will graduate from Emerge New Jersey's 2017 political training program:

  • Alexandra Harwin, Bergen County
  • Antoinette Gingerelli, Monmouth County
  • Zonie LeSane, Bergen County
  • Katilia Velez, Essex County
  • Sakeema M. James, Hudson County
  • Patricia Guerra-Frazier, Union County
  • Andrea Martinez-Mejia, Mercer County

  • Maria Del Cid-Kosso, Union County
  • Janna Sheiman, Mercer County
  • Kim Keyes, Middlesex County
  • Kristen Zadroga-Hart, Hudson County
